Product Overview

Cut-N-Dry® 100 is a high-purity calcium oxide (CaO) drying agent designed to rapidly stabilize wet shale drill cuttings and other moisture-laden waste in the oil and natural gas industry.

Chemical composition: Partially processed quicklime/kiln dust cement/lime blend with >90% CaO content
Function: Absorbs moisture from wet drill cuttings, initiating stiffening immediately upon mixing, which helps solidify waste for easier handling, transport, and disposal
Neutralization potential: Excellent, making it suitable for neutralizing acidic waste streams
Approved for landfill use: Approved at PA, NY, OH, and WV landfills
